Previously, DuPont introduced the first 90% protein nugget, known as Supro Nuggets 570, characterized by its light, crispy texture and barrel shape. The new nuggets appear to be variations of the original, offering greater versatility for various recipes. Achieving a protein content of 90% is impressive and aligns with the current protein trend.
